Erica was hired in 2022 to be the Communications Pastor and soon transitioned to being Community Life Pastor. She is
excited and blessed to be a part of the staff at Crossroads and is looking forward to promoting Christ and helping others feel accepted and loved.

In 2019, Erica started taking Christian Counseling classes. After those 3 years of study, she was certified with The Equipped to Counsel and The National Association of Christian Counselors. She is also a certified Pre-marital/marriage counselor. Erica is passionate about helping people find comfort in Our Lord when times are hard. Her favorite verse is Psalms 37:23 “The steps of the godly are directed by the Lord; He delights in every detail.” Erica wants people to know that God cares for them that deeply. Erica holds a local pastors license through the Churches of God General Conference. 

Erica and her husband Craig were born and raised Sullivan County residents. They have been blessed with 3 wonderful children, Katie, Karley, and Lucas.
