C.O.R.E. (Community OutReach Event)

At Crossroads Community Church, "community" is our middle name!  From the  founding of our church we have wanted to serve our community and support other ministries that are loving our neighbors well.

Each month, we select a specific area of focus or a Community OutReach Event, or CORE project.  Many of those are described below.  You're invited to jump in and join us as we love our community through these events and ministries!

Our Father's Arms - Ongoing donations of food and toiletry items to Our Father's Arms in Sullivan, Indiana. Items such as non-perishable food items, deoderant, shampoo/conditioner, soap, toilet paper, toothpaste, etc. can be donated. You can drop off your donations to the church office anytime, or bring them with you to church on Sundays.  Also Colleting Laundry Detergent.

Women of Action - Have several outreach events going on, this event is led by Bridget Hinseley

Change For Life- Baby Bottle Campain- Crisis Pregnancy Center

Haiti Sunday - Our offering for the day goes to Haiti.

Life Line Meal Packing - 100 volunteers needed at Crossroads on Haiti Sunday to pack meals to send to Haiti. 

Casey's Kicks - Held in August by  Angie Wilson.  Proceeds go to buy shoes for children in our local schools.

Jail Ministry - Contact Curt Howard for details.

Share Ministry - Assistance with utility bills and rent.

Church Plant - Assistance in building other churches.

Humane Society - Spayghetti Dinner

Families By Choice

This is our week-long summer initiative to serve our Sullivan community.  Stay tuned for sign-ups and dates. We divide into teams and tackle projects all over our county to assist those in need or help other ministries and community partners that are lending a helping hand.  It's a great way to get involved and serve with our Crossroads family!
