Crossroads is a place where you can grow in minsitry!  

We are working toward gathering leaders into an equipping community called InRoads Leaders Network.  Whether you want to start a small group, teach a Bible study or launch another ministry in your commnity, our heart is to help you!  We begin by just connecting and sharing these dreams together.  The dream always feels too big and we always feel too small!  That's why community is so important.  Together our faith is stregthened as we remember that come along what God is doing.  It's amazing to see what God can do when we simply say "Yes!" and allow him to use us!   If you're interested in learning more, please reach out to Pastor Peter Bales to get plugged in.
